Rampage needs a buff

Rampage is much more work to keep active for a damage buff that is eclipsed by many other similar perks. It requires constant kills to feed the perk with no way to instantly activate it at full power. I can't remember the last time I was excited to get a weapon with rampage as a perk. Please return rampage to it's original potency. (Like on huckleberry) It needs that to compete with perks like incandescent that are better AND allow subclass synergy. Multikillclip also needs a bit of work as well. kills should refresh it at the current level (or higher) rather than bringing you from 3 stacks to 1. Damage buff profile should be 22/44/66% buff

  • That’s a bit much tbh. 66% for getting 3 kills with a damage ramp is crazy when Golden Tricorn caps out at 50% and requires 1 kill, a matching subclass ability kill, and is non-refreshable. I think that just buffing the duration to 7 seconds to match golden Tricorn would go a long way for Rampage. Desperate measures is already considered a good perk. It has slightly less max damage, 3 damage tiers with their own requirements, and a refreshable timer with only a single kill. The differences: - Desperate Measures requires ability kills to get going, but allows you to maintain stacks with them too. - Desperate Measures has a 7 second duration compared to Rampage’s 5.5. —— MKC just has an issue with usability. It’s not fun to dump your ammo and need to reload, forcing yourself down to a lower buff level. MKC would be top-tier if the buff would stay at the highest tier you activated until it either runs out or you activate it again. At MKC x2 you’re already out-damaging the already beloved Desperate measures. —— Tbh, I think people just convinced themselves these perks are garbage. While they’re not my personal favorites, they’re not bad.
