The silver coins I purchased have not arrived in my account for more than a month

Hi Bungie, I did not receive silver purchased through the EPIC Game Store twice in 3.28 and 3.30. At 3.28 did not receive some of the silver purchased from the order, and in 3.30 did not receive all the silver coins of the purchase. A total of 62,900 silver coins were not received. I contacted the support from Epic Game Store, but they were not able to help with the situation as they cannot refund for the purchases. I need to get the silver that I have purchased. Thank you!
