Hello, I have not been flawless this week, which means I should have had 2 mercys. In the screenshot I shared, you'll see that I had won seven games and lost two, with the first loss shown at the bottom being when I reset. So why didn't I get my flawless? game just acted like I only had one mercy even though I havent been flawless this week. It went from "first loss has been forgiven" to flawed. help?
