Okay so will you be doing anything for the people who are wasting over an hour of their time and then being forced to lose all progress? Maybe even just give all players some drops because the bug is so detrimental. Or is half the community just going to give up on this event.

Right there with you. Got to 50 and the portal didn’t pop up. So we killed ourselves one at a time and respawned in the ship but the door wouldn’t open. :(

Ours was in legend we had somebody leave and rejoin and we all ended up doing it one by one but still couldn't get anything to spawn or open the door

At this rate, people just wont be able to justify the time to do legend, the amount of soft locking bugs in the playlist is at an all time high, its just not worth it
