Pre-Ordered Final Shape CE. Not showing on PS5

I pre-Ordered the Final Shape Collectors Edition. Got an email saying it shipped. But my Destiny Store still doesn’t show the XP as purchased and prompts me to buy it again. How do I get my pre-order to show up? Thanks.
