Heir Apparent Catalyst locked
I completed the quest for the catalyst back in the 2023 Guardian Games event. I got it out of the vault for this event and saw that it was locked. I already had 22% on it.

1 ReplyThe quest only gives you the catalyst. You will still need to get kills before it can be equipped, like nearly every other catalyst in the game.
