Well I think it's just a glitch on bungies end, my best suggestion is contacting bungie support when available Or try visiting bungie.net and seeing if you can redeem the title there

not smart

Contacted Bungie support. They got back to me today and said basically "lol that sucks, we can't do anything about it". I knew I shouldn't have expected any kind of competence from Bungie.
