I already finished the witch queen, beyond light and the shadowkeep campaign, they were...eh for me, but I feel like there's somethings missing in the game, and I'm not surprised to say the least to learn that there are three campaigns that Bungo removed for god knows why reason.
So is there's anyway to play it? do I need to come Bungie's HQ and play it on one of their computers or something? or do I have sit down and pray to whatever God out there that Bungo would add the campaign again at some point in my life? I want to experience the game in full. and watching a playthrough wouldn't do justice for me, It'll just make me even more curious and more desperate to try it.

I think we are in a loop. I think they will come back. I think they will be expanded upon. Now if I only knew...
-
Play D2 before the Beyond Lite patch
-
I think they have sample missions for vaulted content in the timeline area.
-
Sorry, buddy. You cannot. Just the first mission of those stories.
-
Nope all removed to give us old content from D1 back :) /s
But fr they gone gone
There is zero way to play any of the removed campaigns (Red War, Curse of Osiris, Warmind and Forsaken) because the planets they take place on have been removed. There's also no way to play the Leviathan, Eater of Worlds, Spire of Stars, Scourge of the Past or Crown of Sorrow raids nor aquire any of their gear. Don't you just love "games as a service"?

Edited by Hesh: 2/27/2024 4:23:20 AMIt’s a reeeeal conundrum. On one hand, people paid money for those, so the right thing to do would’ve been to have some way to let us play them. On the other hand, those campaigns sucked! HAHAH! Do I miss them? Nope! But I still paid for them, Bungo! Give them back! I might want to laugh at them all over again! HAH! Trust me. You reeeeally don’t need to play through them. Watching them practically gives you the same exact thing. You say it’ll just make you more curious if you start out watching them and that not playing them won’t do any justice for you? HAHAH! If there was ANY justice involved, those campaigns deserve the electric chair! You thought B 1 tch Queen and Beyond Shite were “eh”? HAH! Well yeah, you’re right! But playing through the tripe that came before isn’t going to fill that empty feeling you seem to be having! Especially because practically none of what happens in those first three campaigns even matters in the grand scheme! Closest thing you got there is how Osiris dredged his way back into the world, and it really isn’t impressive. Right along with Forsaken and how Cayde dies to the script and all other assorted messes! I’d say if you need to know anything about something, go watch Forsaken! It is the most relevant one out of all of those. But still! Do yourself a favor and don’t let this horrible franchise convince you it’s deeper than a puddle! THAT’s how they get you! Yoooouu’re welcome!

Shows how little they like their own franchise.

I'm sure Bungie could make it so we can play those campaigns. Will they? NOT A CHANCE. Sorry to say, but if you want to see those campaigns, all you've got is YouTube
-
Go to youtube.com, search for warmind, curse of osiris and red war campaigns.... And press play ▶️ on the video (s)

Edited by Bama: 2/25/2024 3:47:44 PMNope. It's gone. I actually enjoyed the game more back then campaign wise. There was an actual story line you followed and played through. Not just a bunch of chore quests. We got kicked off the tower by Ghaul and he took our light. Woke up to the cabal destroying everything. 0 power. Now it's just hey heres a quest, something about a witch and witness but if you'll go chase the kill quests we promise to tell you the story in a future season. There were no bounties and players these days will never know what grinding RNG actually is without the pursuit of Wayfarer on Mars or Cursebreaker in Forsaken.

No, unfortunately it’s gone. Personally, I think D3 should have began with Beyond Light (BL release is also when the DCV was introduced). D2 would have been left intact.
-
So is there's anyway to play it?
Nope, & there never will be.

youre not missing out on much
