Hey there. Just to be fully sure, are there ANY of the 'Memory of...' quests available with Eris or at the quest archive?
When you say you completed the campaign, did you recomplete it on the deleted character? Is there a Legacy: Shadowkeep quest at the quest archive?
They are not account-wide, also. Do any of the 'Memory of...' quests appear on your other characters?

There are no "memory of.." quests with eris or at the quest archive as well as none of my other characters have "memory of..." quests. I did recomplete the campaign on the deleted character

A bit awkward I know, but take your Hunter as the example, since your Titan has not finished the Shadowkeep campaign (no Phoenix Cradle) and your Warlock may be bugged. Would you mind taking a vid or screenshots of, Your Hunter's current quests in their own quest log, Eris' inventory, The Past tab of the Quest Archive? That would be a huge help if it needs to be escalated to player support.

Thanks for providing these. The one thing that instantly jumps out at me is that in the second screenshot, one of the ghosts haunting Eris is missing (should be one more on the right), which implies some progress on the Memories quest. Did you perhaps complete a quest called 'Memory of Sai Mota' on the Hunter this week?

On Tuesday's reset, you'll be able to pick up 'Memory of Vell Tarlowe', Then 'Memory of Toland the Shattered' the following week. 'Memory of Omar Agah' will be available the week after that. Finally 'Memory of Eriana-3' finishes the mission chain, the week following that. That will give you the Sparrow you need for the Badge and the Seal.
