No longer having access to an account.
hoping that I can get some help on this matter, just recently my steam account was deleted which was tide in to my accounts cross save and their is no way of getting the account recovered, is it even possible to replace the steam account with a new one.

No. You need access to the acct in order to unlink it.

If the account can't be recovered then nothing can be done.
