Nimbus failed to dispense 200 strand meditations after completing the reputation prerequisite for reward. Playing on Warlock, with a strand fragment still available for purchase at the Pouka Pond (Meditations still drop). It is worth mentioning that my Titan has already completed this objective this week. But it was my belief that this was a per-character drop. But I can honestly confirm that the strand meditations were at the very least, displayed under the tier-1 powerful engram drop for reputation.
