Characters and weapons not loading

I see elemental layer of a weapon and blue guardians even in Crucible. I'm on PS4. Any ideas what could help me fix that please?

    Hi there. Please try to reset your console cache by exiting Destiny 2, unplugging your console for at least 60 seconds, then logging back in.
