Destiny Multiverse for a future story arc?
Long story short, I’m excited to see how the “Light & Dark” Saga concludes, but if there’s really a “beyond…”, I wanna know what other theme Bungie could bring up to surprise us.
I know there are still things to do like dealing with the Vex, Xivu Arath, visit Torobatl (maybe), etc.
But what if maybe, just maybe, Bungie pulls a page out of Marvel’s book and brings the multiverse as the theme for a future saga? Sounds crazy but there is proof in the game of an existing multiverse, or at least of several other timelines.

1 ReplyNot completely crazy. Like you said essentially there is kind of a multiverse already in the game / lore. Especially when you consider the different timelines that Elsie hops between. Or even something like the Ascendant realms and having parent universes. Savathun tried to break through to our universe to get away from Light and Dark and paracausal forces. I'm not sure how I feel for it being a story arc for "Beyond" yet but I sure am excited as can be to find out! I've been trying to really figure out where they can go with things. Xivu is too tied to the current saga I believe. Vex are very possible to be their own thing.
