Just thought of the right change to Witherhoard
The blight puddle should only form on a direct hit.
Sure maybe only in pvp.
It waaayy to easy to use oppressively in pvp.
It should at least require [u]some[/u] skill to proc it's most powerful feature.
Thoughts?

Zone control isnt the problem. Control as a mode is what the problem is. This would make it useless in every other game mode.
