I Swear, You All Would Hate Any Iron Banana Unless It Was Clash
And even then, we had Iron Banner Clash, and people complained about it not being a different mode. Clash is the most mindless fragfest outside of Rumble and I hate it. Yet I see why people clamor for it.
I think this iteration of Iron Banner is fantastic. Neutralizing zones before capture, hotly contested mid for bonus points, preservation of supers to counter other supers for the mid control point... there's a lot to enjoy about it.
Yet the complaints that I hear in these forums revolve around things like people not being able to play the meta-- because the game mode forces them into contesting zones (or complaining about people not playing zones so they can play the meta).
So let me get this straight.
People complain about a meta being prevalent, and when a game mode is introduced that forces people out of that meta, there are complaints?
My only real complaint about this season is that Clash wasn't made its own exclusive playlist, because I want to get people who want to play Clash With Extra Steps out of the Control-style game modes I enjoy so they can go complain about something else.
