Question about the Titan Dodge Arc 3.0 ability.

As the title states, just sorta curious why it was made. Was this just to appease those ridiculously upset players who couldnt get Twilight Garrison back? If so, bad choice. Saying no you arent getting a mobility focused ability and then turning around a few weeks later and giving us the titan dodge just makes Bungie look weak, and unable to hold their ground. Whats worse, if complaints about wanting another feature to be added to the game should reach such a level will Bungie just cave again? Now there's a precedent set. You know what i mean? If this was already in the works unrelated to the drama over Twilight, then I am confused again. It was stated that the reason behind not giving the titans are in-air movement ability was that it stepped on the warlock identity. While I can understand and see the reasoning for this. Does the titan dodge not step on the Hunters identity? Hunters basicly revolve around the dodge, its all we got. Without wormhusk, we cant really heal on demand like the other two classes so the quick evade option is our way to disengage. Once upon a time stompeez was the hunter go to because of its dodge enhancements and jump leveling. That times more or less over, but if we(hunters) are to spend our time on the ground now, not bunny hoping around anymore, could we get a overshield exotic? Or some sorta healing thing?(Besides wormhusk, its a one off not a continuous healing source.) Thing is, if hunters started getting oversheld exotics or healing and the like it would be a outrage, and i cant really blame it too much. Hunters are the agile on the ground, warlocks rule the sky and titans plant their feet and go "push me, i dare you.". Just hoping this cross pollination of classes abilities doesnt go too far. Honestly havent been seeing the titans use the dodge much, the shield is more useful to them it appears, but still, its existence made me curious. TL;DR If in-air movement cant be given to titans cause its warlock identity, then doesn't ground dodge movement belong to hunters in the same vein of reasoning? And to that guy, you know who you are, that just goes "Ah, hunter made a post better call my warlock and titan buddies to downvote it" Just read it. Maybe you will find something you can agree with.
