Weapon menu and stat rework

[u]stat display[/u] The stat display changes, removing the impact/blast radios bar. Showing those stats just as numbers next to the magazine. A new visible stat is added to the menu, [b]precision%[/b]. This stat is displayed where blast radious should be now. First two columns only modify the bar stats and the magazine size, removing perks in that columns that could change rate of fire, charge rate and precision%. Those are dictated by the frame and the last 2 perks. Draw speed and blast radious work without any changes Perks now show the exact numbers, percentage or flat stat modifiers. For example impact and blast radious for firefly, reload speed for outlaw and amount of energy for demolitionist. Bars receive a color upgrade. •white: base stat. •green: stat upgrade. •red: stat downgrade. •gold: masterwork. The base stats are always visible, this change affects only at the first two columns, and masterwork. [u]Damage calculation[/u] Precision% is how much [b]extra[/b] damage the weapon does when you land a precision shot, weapons without precisión damage, fusion rifles, have %0. The damage output is calculated using "impact x power level x precision%". Rocket launchers and granade launchers deal the flat impact as direct hit, and the explosión is the impact x2. This change is to unify all weapon damage, making it easier to calculate. These impact calculation changes, need to rescale all enemies health pools.
