As titled. Using Heat Rises and consuming a Touch of Flame grenade is supposed to grant Restoration and Cure x3 to both you an allies, but it seems to have some kind of generic heal on yourself, and doesn't grant restoration. It works on your allies, but you yourself get neither Restoration nor Cure x3 (you are still healed, but do not get the special version of them).
