Trying to narrow down your issue. Seasons are the in game purchases that are story beats and a seasonal activity that leave after the next major expansion (like this season, Season of the Haunted). Beyond light is an expansion, that cannot be purchased with Silver, only can be purchased via a platform market place.
If you are missing access to stasis, that would be a licensing issue, and I would recommend trying to [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049196071-Accessing-and-Restoring-Licenses-to-Destiny-Content]restoring your licenses[/url] first. Unfortunately, if that doesn't work, Bungie has no control over the licenses, so you will have to work with the store's support team to have them verify your purchase and restore any licenses as needed.

Thank you for the help on beyond light season that was extremely helpful. Now to get to the root of the problem. I have been having this same trouble for at least a year now. The problem is that I’ve tried to access shadow keep before the game changed to what it is now but no such luck. I am unable to do anything with the moon, the missions, raids or even strikes. How do I fix this? Is it the same error as before?

Shadowkeep is an expansion, so the licenses are controlled by Microsoft. Try restoring the licenses as linked above, if it states you still need to buy the expansion you would need to speak to MS support so that they can manually confirm your purchase and reapply the license as needed.
