Alright, I've just been back from Xbox support, and they told me that Season Pass ownership problems were you guys' thing. I hope they're right.

I bought the Deluxe edition of Witch Queen as a pre-order. It has given me everything except for the Season Passes so far. I have not gotten the Season of the Risen pass or the Season of the Haunted pass. It's getting a little annoying because I got tier 85 last season and had almost no rewards for it because my purchases are off. It's not Xbox's problem, the Deluxe edition IS installed. I know for a fact season passes are an in-game and in-game purchase only, and they aren't an add-on for your system like the DLC is. Can someone PLEASE try to help me?
