I've tried to make a fireteam on bungie.net for a few different things. Raids, Trials, and Campaign Missions. But every time I try to make one, it shows me a popup that reads "Fireteam Creation Requires A Destiny 2 Expansion Purchase." For one, I've made fireteams in the past, no expansion, and for two, I own Witch Queen AND Forsaken. I don't know why I can't make a fireteam, but it's really restricting my enjoyment of the game.
