They do not feel like they should take up an exotic slot; and their jobs can easily be done by many other things in the game.

Edited by Soul_Eater_42: 3/8/2022 4:46:23 PMThey're so awful. Their abilities are not worth the cost and requirements to activate them, or even the grind to obtain them. They need a rework--badly. Firstly, increase the base magazine to 6 or 8. Then, give them the following abilities: Edge of Action: When weapon energy is full, you can consume it before firing, and deploy up to 3 protective shields on impact, each one consuming 1/3 of your weapon energy, and 2 ammo. Standing in, or walking through, one of these protective shields grants an Overshield, and makes your melee hits Volatile while you have an Overshield. Edge of Concurrence: when weapon energy is full, you can consume it before firing to deploy an Arc projectile that tracks to the nearest target, and emits AoE Arc pulses (for up to 15 seconds) that chain Arc lightning. Consumes entire Weapon energy and 6 ammo. Edge of Intent: When weapon energy is full, you can consume it before firing to deploy up to 3 healing turrets. These turrets tether and heal nearby allies (basically mini-Wells of Radiance, but not as strong at healing, and without the additional Overshield). Kills while being healed by these turrets restore ability energy (about 8-10% per kill).
