Hello, this is my first time using this and I hope I can get some I do. I started destiny back up again after a few years . I quit because it was the only game I’ve ever played on my pc that gave me these sort of problems and now that I’m back it’s doing it again.
I’ll be fighting and doing lots of stuff with my friends and all is going well until I see “contacting destiny servers” some times it will be fine. Others I’ll get yanked from the game and put somewhere else. There’s a lot of wacky solutions like changing something in my modem, (code related) which I’ll never do. I’ve checked with my internet provider and they say my net is doing well and such things are not because of my service as I had been in cal with them watching my network as I played. I’m hooked directly into my modem as well. I would greatly appreciate any assistance anyone can provide.
The weird thing is not only am I getting the anteater error I’m also getting the weasel one too which I’ve learned it has something to do with a cross save thing with that being active. Which mine is not.

They are not wacky solutions. If you are not willing or do not have the ability to do what Bungie advises they call out an engineer to set you up for gaming otherwise you will continue to have issues.
