So it may seem dumb but I got a gaming pc and wanted to play D2 on pc, so when I bought the DLCs I went to cross save to make sure that it was recognized as bought for steam. When I went to disabled my cross save, I assumed like EVERY other AAA game that I've play, I would be able to just link it back. I knew there was a 90 day thing but I thought that was a punishment for trying to linking in way you can't like multiple bungie accounts. So when I went to reactivate it I found out that I was locked out. Now I understand the point of the wait time, but I honestly don't think bungie does. Because if people that have never play D1 or D2, they would assume that they can just relink it if an account got hack and they had to switch to a new account or other simple reasons like that. Could someone please help me solve this problem or clarify why we cannot have the ability to recover our data and relink that platform due to whatever happen to the account on the platform or how get customer service contact info because I am sure I am not the only one that had this happen to.

https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=48099
If players disabled their Cross Save for any reason they will have to wait out the 90-day lockout before they can enable Cross Save again. There are no exceptions to this policy.
The above information is also disclosed on the Cross Save FAQ page every player gets when they first attempt to start the Cross Save process. The only way someone wouldn't be aware of this security measure is if they chose to not read the FAQ and clicked through it.
