Raid suggestion or revamp
Make the raid system changes. When you die you will spawn to a checkpoint or latest ally guardian available or choose any guardian still alive available and spawn.

Besides, there are mods like Better Already, Protective Light, Recuperation, Fireteam Medic, and damage resist mods that can do a pretty good job providing survivability. Unless you're dying to raid mechanics, in which case, that's totally on you and your team.
