Cross save
I set cross play on my Xbox and PS4 went to play and all my characters went to 1100 and I lost all my titles and all my gear and weapons. How do I get all my stuff back?

If you did indeed intend to use your XB save set as main, then do as Seraphon instructed.

Sounds like you may have set the wrong account as the active one. You can use the form linked in the below to ask that the active account be switched. https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049498031-Contact-Form-Cross-Save-Issues That will reactivate the dormant characters, who will then be accessible on both systems.
