Cross Save Issue
Im having issue with cross save. I played alot of Destiny on my 360 and am now trying to play Destiny 2 on my xb1. I was hoping to use the same character however it tells me ive had an account with Bungie since 2013 however it also says i have no game history. Is there anything i can do to fix this issue? I did change my gamer tag recently however i had no issues signing in.

1 ReplyHello. Cross save isn’t needed for this process. You would need to move your 360 characters to Destiny 1 on Xbox One, and then log onto Destiny 2 on the Xbox One to migrate your characters over. If you don’t get the prompt to move your characters over, then unfortunately you will need to create new characters.
