Coup de Grace Bug - SO ANNOYING
For the past two weeks, I can’t get through an entire Coup de Grace. Not alone, not with a fireteam, not in my dreams! Either the first portal is bugged, or it works but the portal after it doesn’t work. Keep jumping out and back in...nothing!
Is anyone else experiencing this?

You mean destroying the orb to open the portal or going through the portal itself? If you mean shooting the orb, wait a few seconds after it spawns and shoot with a secondary or heavy that will destroy it with one shot. In my experience it seems to bug out when it needs more than one shot.
