Good evening everybody! This is your Supreme Leader Aifos coming to you alive from Heartbreak Subspace, and I have four words for you; Magical Girl Biker Gangs. That should be all that’s needed to be said for you to realize Sayonara Wild Hearts is an amazing game, but in case you [i]for some reason[/i] still aren’t sold, I’ll talk about the game in a bit more depth below. Sayonara Wild Hearts is a racing game.. No, that’s not quite right.. On rail shooter? Rhythm game? No, no.. Hm.. Oh! Sayonara Wild Hearts is an interactive music video, where you play as a girl with a magic motorcycle, chasing down a group of masked strangers, who also have magic motorcycles. That might sound somewhat mundane, until you see how completely over the top all of the levels are, set to a positively jammin’ soundtrack, that just sets you on a total power trip from start to finish! I have never played a game that has made me feel quite so awesome. The gameplay is relatively simple, to the point where I have a hard time [i]really[/i] decribing it, especially since each level has its own gimmicks and gameplay challenges to keep things fresh, but the basic gist of it is you automatically move forward down a track, while swerving out of the way of obstacles, and picking up coins and collectables. If that sounds boring, don’t worry, the aforementioned gimmicks, combined with a variety of interesting settings, leaves each level feeling unique, and that simplistic gameplay makes it really easy to pick up, and just hammer in the game’s main appeal; That [i]you [b]are [u]AWESOME![/b][/u][/i] If the game does have one flaw, however, it’s that it’s pretty short; a full playthrough only clocks in at about an hour or two. But, whether you want to gun for a high score, or just need something to make you feel great for a rainy day, there’s plenty of reason to replay it! Including its soundtrack! Each level kind of goes hand in hand with its music, so I won’t post very much of it here—‘cause spoilers—though. [b][u]Tl;dr? Here’s my point![/b][/u] You should play Sayonara Wild Hearts!
