This week's ascendant challenge, Ouroborea, was the last one I needed to complete the Ascendant Champion triumph and get the Secret Victories emblem for Cursebreaker. I was at 5/6 completed coming into the week, and I just ran this week's challenge on all three characters, with this week's bounty. Every time, I made sure to pick up the chest and leave through the portal. All of the bounties completed and I got rewards, but the triumph stayed stuck at 5/6 and I didn't get the emblem. Strangely, on bungie.net it shows the Ascendant Champion triumph as completed, but the game hasn't registered the completion. This isn't the Keep of Honed Edges issue, because I made sure the tracker went up the week I completed that challenge. It's something to do with this week's Ouroborea challenge.
