Beyond light preorder instant access bonuses bugged on steam?

I bought the deluxe edition 2 days ago on steam PC, from the 3 preorder instant access bonuses, i only got the Beyond light emblem . I don't see the other 2 anywhere the ghost and the emote. is this a known bug?
