Which emblem is it? I would try closing your Destiny application and relaunching it, then checking your collections again.

It’s the sepitinary encryption one. I have tried reloading the app and resetting my ps4 already. I have seen a few players post forums with the same issue.

Alright I’ll see if I can find some more information for you. In the mean time, if you head back to your redeemed codes page (while Destiny is closed), is there an option to Redeem the emblem?
