I enjoy mountain biking. I’d prefer running but I have some problems in my knee that makes it hard to run so cycling is a nice alternative cardio. Plus depending on where you are you can find some really scenic trails to ride. Roads around where I live are just a tad too busy for riding on the street so that’s not really an option for me sadly.
