Ban hammer makes no sense due to the fact that the leveling glitch has nothing to do with the afk farming. If you've turned in armor focused engrams, you've taken part in the glitch. The afk farming has been in the game and known about for almost 2 years. Its being used now because it's rewarding umbral engrams for free.
