Even if the forge afk farm is patched they should leave the recaster armor powerful engram exploit.
Earn your engrams and materials, recast for a powerful drop. This allows players to level quickly by playing the game how they want. Then we get into end game content quicker and can begin making builds.
I get burnt out and quit playing every season and usually quit playing before I even get to builds. This is a huge problem that needs to be solved.

You just destroyed your own argumentation. Any exploit of any nature should be patched ASAP. "I get burnt out and quit playing every season" Don't burn through it?

I’m not arguing. My opinion isn’t up for debate. My feedback is that leveling every season sucks and I want to get to the fun stuff quicker. If an exploit gets me there, then I think Bungie should leave it. At one point, in a span of 10 hours, 63% of all activity completions were failed forges. So yeah, it’s a popular opinion, and one that Bungie should take seriously.

If it isn't up for debate you don't get anywhere what so ever. Bungie should patch it. But not without giving a viable alternative. Or Bungie continue to lose what little integrity they have as a developer. You want to get to the fun stuff quicker. I can relate. But I'm not expecting to do it all in a day much less the first week. My current overall power is 1040. With the artifact taken into account. Any exploit should be in theory patched by the Developers regardless. I do see red flags on the way one levels in this game sure. But hanging around exploits doesn't help the problem. It makes the problem worse. Bungie not doing anything about it stacks onto that because then they pretty much endorse exploiting in their games and then they don't need to make anything new. I mean why would they if this exploit exists? "I get burnt out and quit playing every season and usually quit playing before I even get to builds." this made me question your feedback. That's about it.
