Premium pass locked?
So i bought the annual pass deluxe dlc version for shadow keep. And for some reason the premium version of the season pass this season is locked. Is there a reason for this or am I missing something?

1 ReplyHi there. According to your account, you either bought the Standard Edition or Upgrade Edition during Season of Dawn. The Deluxe Edition was only available during Season of Undying, which you did not have a pass for. To have access to the current season pass you will need to purchase a pass with Silver.

Did you buy the Shadowkeep Digital Deluxe Edition, which was only available for purchase until early December? Or did you buy the Upgrade Edition, which contained Forsaken and Shadowkeep, plus one season pass? Your account shows a pass for last season only, with no pass for season 8, or the current season. So it looks like you purchased the Upgrade Edition, and your free season was redeemed last season. If you would like access to the current season content, and the premium rewards, you will need to purchase the season with silver.
