Glory loss negations and an idea for survival:freelance

For 2 games in a row, in the Survival:Freelance Playlist, one team has been short a player for the whole game, with the first being the opposing team and the second being my own team. For winning the game, I would get what is expected from winning a game, being glory points and a counter on the win streak bonus. But for the losing team, they would lose glory points for losing the game, despite being down a player for the whole game. Now, you may call me a bad loser, but I don't think it's fair to lose the same amount of glory points for losing a game where the enemy team has a clear advantage, which in this case is player count. I would say that if a person had left the game in the first 30 seconds of the match, whichever team had the leaving player, AND if they lost the game, they would either lose less glory points then normal, or none at all, as compensation for their teammate leaving. However, if the teammate were to rejoin the game, past the first round this "Glory Point Protection" would be revoked, and losing the game would result in losing the normal number of Glory Points. Another way to combat leavers/not having a teammate in the first place could be to put the teams back into matchmaking queue, as suggested by my teammate in the second game, where it was me and him. If someone were to leave within the first round, the game could move both teams back into matchmaking. These are just a couple things I thought of as a way to combat leavers in the Survival:Freelance playlist. They are in no way perfect or fault proof, but I just wanted to give a couple of ideas around this problem I have encountered. I don't expect any of this to be implemented and is only an idea.
