I'm starting to get the impression...

I don't know if this has been noted yet or not but I noticed the only high stat rolled armor comes from anything that is paid for content. Anything like forges, gambit, strikes, etc. seem to drop in the mid to high 40s. Now I farmed these same pieces during season of undying and was getting a more consistent mid to high 50 stat rolls on armor from these same instances, seems like season of dawn had the armor tuned to drop lower stats from my experience. Anyone else notice this?
the beginning of pay to win?
• Yes I certainly have. The seasonal armour in the artifact actually gets to a point where the armour has really high base stats. That’s the best I’ve seen for this season. The drops in all armour when playing have been noticeably lower this season. Even IB. IB offered the most consistent drops of armour with typically base 55 or higher last season. I cashed in 1500 IB tokens when IB came out a week or so ago. That’s 75 packages (used after completing the quest line)and did not get a single piece of armour with base stats 60 or higher. Not one. I ran the Garden raid earlier this week. Got my usual multiple drops of gloves. Nope all low 50s base stats. Same with Pit of Heresy where you always get a MW’d Dreambane armour piece. Ran the Pit on two characters this week both times the drops were lower than what I already had so these drops became infusion fuel. D2 is not in a good place right now.
