Digital Deluxe Edition Not Activating?

So I've bought the Destiny 2: Shadowkeep Digital Deluxe Edition, and activated cross save to keep my characters from my Xbox account, but the game isn't giving me any of the deluxe edition items? It says I don't have a season pass, and non of the items have appeared at the post master. Is there a reason for this?

    Where are you playing? Where did you buy the DDE? and did you set up cross save before or after purchase?

    • It looks like your season pass is connected to your Steam Account , at least based on this web site https://wastedondestiny.com/1_4611686018431083070,3_4611686018496130092 you should be able to check this out by looking at the licenses on Steam
