This super after the inevitable nerf has been one of the worst supers in the game. Even after the buff it is still awful. It needs a buff but not necessarily a PvP. In PvP Stormcaller is already very strong, but in PvE Warlocks don't have a good roaming super. That way this super would at least have a place in the game.
