The customer (OP) is sharing his reaction to a product (Shadowkeep), and by stating that he thinks what bungie is doing is a joke, it can be inferred that he does not like the direction bungie is taking the game. If bungie were competent they could see this, see his reaction, and find some way of asking the community what they like/don’t like about destiny 2 right now. So I’m pretty sure what OP said was feedback, judging from the fact that I could figure out what to do with it if I were in bungie’s shoes.
