I almost with you. All I want is to have fun with this game, but the community is beyond toxic anymore. If you have anything to say about crucible, matchmaking is beyond horrendous, all you get is "get good" without reading your problems.
If you don't meet certain criteria, you can't get in a clan and if you do, typically no one helps.
Raids... I haven't ran a raid because since I'm so inexperienced, people can't find a group because no one cares to teach.
Oh well, maybe one day bungie will actually listen instead of doing the complete opposite of what players ask for.

The new raid just dropped.... if you feel that's a problem, why were you not in the app looking for a group this weekend, when everyone was inexperienced so every group was fine teaching? That's 100% on you.

I'm pointing out things I've noticed in the past. Will they change? Maybe... Toxic community, definitely not 👍. Is it on me, absolutely. I'm busy as hell atm and when I have extra time, I'd like to play with others besides myself. I've gotten 2 maybe 3 responses from lfg sites in the last yr so... Then again, how's it completely on me when I do try?

Join Last Light clan, we do raids all the time, chill people and have no problem teaching stuff to others.

Idk what you're doing but if you're trying and have gotten 2-3 responses, then you gotta be doing something wrong. You using the app? If you're patient, you'll see groups that say they're willing to teach, or more likely that they're already teaching. You're right about the community and the lfg system is flawed, mostly because of the community, but it's not that bad. It's still early enough in the raid that people are willing to teach. Just watch raid guides Ik that they can be complex and a little hard to understand and especially long but they give you the basic understanding of the raid and if you look for a team during the weekends or times where most are free you’ll probably find someone who would be willing to broaden you understanding with the raid and if that doesn’t work well just make friends who are willing to raid it takes a while but it has slowly worked for me idk if this helped at all but good look with your raiding endeavors

I'm one of those players that if I was raiding with you and you told me what to do, I'd pick it up and do fine. Usually mess up once, but second time it clicks and I'm fine. Videos are great, but I lose focus extremely quick watching them.

Yeah me too, I skip around because most of it is tips for players who’ve never done a raid or raid load outs but you could also find other ways to figure it out that could be more faster and I’m sure even if that won’t work you’ll find someone eventually who’d help you out I did most of the raids with purely patient teammates who’d actually teach people but Ik that can be hard to find people like that tho

No the game is trash mainly cause pvp is a joke and the servers are in too. Also overpriced dlc that has shallow content. It's boring repetitive grind fest with no real story shaddy monetization everything feels and plays the same. The armor whatsoever s ugly, the game is very bland and shallow. The grind is horrible and spending 1,000 hours in strikes ect. Doesn't equal good content. I can play the same things over and over doesn t equal anything. It's a hamster wheel.
