Finnishers
I have had several cases of finnishing an already dead enemie and thats fine i understad the reason for it but once useing the savage haymaker i died at the end of it. I think it was a random thrall in a nightmare hunt. This is only a slight issue as it has only occured once for me, but i think many players has encountered this.

Its quite possible to take damage and die during a finisher. You have to be selective in the situation you use it , so you arent getting killed by other enemies
