Until then, I’ll just be sitting here with my hat tipped low, chillin.

That is totally depends on your definition of feedback. A player who's been a customer of Bungie for 10 years stopping playing their game is kinda of a feedback. Not a specific one at that, to be honest but it points out that something might be wrong here. You might also argue a single player leaving don't matter to Bungie which is true. On the other hand, so many players has left since D1 days. Surely, new players also came in. But it does make you stop and think of the strategy of a developer company in retaining customers which should should be a great focus of live service type of games. Some might also argue that it is easier to attract new customers (wink, wink New Light, going to F2P) is easier than retaining the existing customer base. FYI, this is a known business strategy especially used by companies in service type industries such as telecommunication companies offering much better deals to new customers while 10 years old customer on a horrible deal. PS: I tried to format my reply like a 15 years old boy, hope it worked better for you :)

I’ll leave the rest of what you said be except for the second to last paragraph. That is partially true. But there are a healthy amount of “l’m mad because they are getting it cheaper now even though I had a similar deal when I started/signed up/whatever.” Don’t believe me? Read any application with an advertisement for anything. The deal isn’t always horrible, and people forget that when you sign up for something that is prorated or discounted it usually comes with a contract and you have to continue business regardless how you feel, unless you are willing to pay whatever financial penalty that’s in the TOC or TOS. It’s a tool that they use to ensure continued revenue over time. But we can agree to disagree. This is not something I wanna discuss too much more today.

We can definitely agree to disagree. I particularly do not like people who defends business practices which are legally OK, but clearly in bad faith to extort money (which you call ensuring revenue over time, very businessman of you) while providing sub standard service. And FYI, I was talking about deals that only offered new customers but not existing customers with finished contracts and that was just an example of many other business practices that are bad faith.

I can’t help you get a brain.

Edited by BossCharacter: 10/9/2019 7:19:46 AMLike I said. I cannot take shit like this seriously since there is no evidence to support your claim of this being actual feedback. I get the white knight approach you’re taking here, but this isn’t really worth the argument to me. Do whatever you want to do, don’t really care. Never will impact my life one way or another. Some of you are far more invested in the negative aspects of things then the positives. I’m not saying to suck Bungie’s dick or anything but you have to really look into yourself and evaluate if carrying such negative energy towards things that are optional is really worth your time. When you get sick of a significant other. You don’t stick around -blam!- about things. You walk away. That’s a choice. Same type of choice as choosing to continue playing a game you may have outgrown or no longer find enjoyable. But y’all do you. Not gonna stop ya, just gonna be in the corner with my hat tipped low, chillin.

You don’t even see the tip of your feet. Don’t look at the finger when the wiseman points to the moon. Try to think beyond. Good luck.
I can’t help you get a brain.
Translated into
I can't see any feedback but my bungie.net ego won't allow me to say that, so I'll try and think of something witty to try and get away from the question
There wasn’t feedback. The OP is clutter in the forums, as he didn’t give his breakdown of reasoning... he just said he’s leaving. For no reason as far as we know.
Get a job o you won’t have to read about it. This is a forum where feedback is welcome. His post is worth millions when yours is just adding pollution to the world.
What feedback? All I read was hot air. Zero constructive criticism. It was just another airport departure.
