yeah, I honestly have just stuck with my armor 1.0 since it has good rolled perks, I can actually equip taken/fallen/hive armaments on them, and overall just enjoy it more.

Watch yow new armor pieces look in terms of ability cooldowns compared to your 1.0 pieces. I soon realized that my old great armor was yeah you guessed it useless.

This! I haven't bothered with 2.0 except on the Dreambane set, which I was forced to use for the "Beyond" story mission. As well the Warlock helmet is ugly as -blam!-, (fugly), luckily I have an ok ornament for helmets. PSA: Once in the pyramid you can switch to whatever armor you want!
