I was talking about the cost of materials overall, not just equipping them.
For example, you need to use up your enhancement cores to buy upgrade modules, both of which you need to upgrade your armor.
But since we're talking about cost of equipping mods. Don't you think that paying 5000 glimmer just to throw a mod on a weapon is a bit crazy?
