I have seen others with this issue and find it unacceptable that you not finding a solution. I have linked the wrong battle.net account to steam and will have to start over. I have tried uninstalling destiny 2 on steam, unlinking steam account on the wrongly linked account and on the correct account. I just want my guardians back and to play the game. Please help me get Gerald the Titan back. Here are the details. The "My Transfers Details" shows a blank account without any characters yet, if I try and if I go to "Cross Save" it prompts me to "Migrate to Steam" or "Unlink Battle.net". If I choose to "Migrate to Steam" it shows my account with my characters and licenses some of the time (they flash on screen for seconds or prompt me to "Cancel" or "Continue" if I select "Continue" I am shown the same screen from earlier "My Transfers Details" without my characters and licenses) then goes and shows the same screen as "My Transfers Details" then I click "Return to Cross Save" and its loops back to the "Migrate to Steam" or "Unlink Battle.net" this is an inescapable loop. I am scared to click unlink from battle.net because I am scared it may removed my guardians eternally (RIP Cayde). I can see the characters and items on bungie.net under the "Bliz" tab, but under the "steam" tab I see a blank account with no progress. Please help bungie! I need Gerald back!
