The artifact let’s you increase your power level past cap by playing more. What does that power let you do? They haven’t announced a reduction in scaling. If you think that RNG isn’t going to be RNG based on that commercial you’re going to get a rude awakening. If you can’t recognize that this is just another misleading D2 hype video to sell an expansion they will fail to deliver on with the release you’re in for a ride awakening.
