Upgraded PC version and didn’t get a character boost
I recently activated cross-save and realized that if I upgraded my PC game to forsaken that I got a free character upgrade! No upgrade was given to my account. Just the original one I had from when I purchased for PS4. I don’t believe these boosts expire, so I’m not sure where the second one went.
