I get error Saxophone, although i downloaded when the game was free

I didn't download the game for a free weekend, i did when the base game was free for anyone who claimed it as a gift. And while the offer was temporary, those who claimed had it would have the game permanently. However, I am still receiving Saxophone and am not able to play the game. Please let me know what i can do to fix and whatever info i can provide.

 • Hello, and thank you for your report. You're launching the game from the Battle.net app, correct? Players may encounter SAXOPHONE errors on PC when Blizzard services are unable to authenticate a player’s purchase or login when they launch Destiny 2. View our SAXOPHONE article for more information. Additionally, some players have reported that creating a new Windows profile has helped with this issue. You may want to follow these steps to refresh your game license:
(1) Close the Battle.net app. (2) Via a web browser; change your battle.net password (3) Restart Destiny 2 via the Battle.net app
